1. Value Added Tax (VAT & VAT-EU)

Remuneration granted to Management Board members by shareholder resolution is subject to personal income tax (12% up to 120,000 PLN; 32% on surplus) and a 9% health insurance contribution, avoiding full social insurance (ZUS pension & disability). Recurring services under Article 176 KSH avoid ZUS completely.
